Job Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Management:
- Plan, write, schedule, and track social media, trade show, and email marketing programs.
- Make creative briefs with detailed scopes of requirements, marketing collateral and timelines.
- Manage campaigns until completion using a project management tool.
- Work directly with design team to coordinate production of marketing collateral, including one-pagers, presentations, emails, social media posts, videos, landing pages, etc.
- Measure and track performance of campaigns to help improve ROI.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and prepare them in Marketo.
- Develop and run A/B tests to improve campaign and website performance.
Content Writing & Content Development:
- Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather content requirements.
- Utilize research to write value-added content for various marketing channels that engages our diverse core markets.
- Write, proofread, and fact check content across different mediums such as email, social media, trade show signage, and landing pages.
- Write scripts and treatments for videos that are educational but also drive them through our sales funnel.
- Optimize website content to ensure alignment with core messages, current stats, and improve online conversions.
- Optimize and grow our content library of blog articles and videos.
- Work with external agencies and in-house design team to produce engaging content.
- Write and distribute press releases on various topics.
- Write and distribute internal marketing communications for employee benefits, contests, and events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10+ years of B2B of marketing or advertising experience.
- Keen attention to detail with ability to proof own work and peers.
- Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects.
- Self-starter, proactive regarding due dates and time management.
- Understanding of trends and technical requirements for content, digital, and video marketing.
- Experience using a CMS like DNN and WordPress.
- Experience using Microsoft CRM or a similar tool.
- Experience creating programs in Marketo.
- Experience with SEO, SEM Rush, Google Analytics, and reporting KPIs.
- Experience running and managing a YouTube/Social channel a plus.
- Ability to communicate articulately and confidently with individuals at every level of the organization.
- Ability to lead meetings and prioritize responsibilities.
- Able to remain flexible and address requirement changes.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Suite.
- Working knowledge of Adobe suite experience is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Dreamweaver)
